Director of Dietary Operations
Rolande was initially educated abroad, and upon arriving to the U.S. from Haiti, she further pursued her education at Monroe and Westchester Community College. Rolande is a Nationally Board-Certified Dietary Manager. Rolande was initially hired as a kitchen supervisor at Sans Souci in the year 2013, and within that same year was promoted to Director. She takes great pride in her work and makes herself available to all the patients and staff regardless of their needs. In her spare time Rolande enjoys reading and spending time with her family.
