National Sandwich Day: 11/3/25 at 2:30 pm

This will be a resident and family event. We will set up a full “San Souci Subway.” We will make our own mini-subs with all the fixings. We will serve Arnold Palmers and have a cookie to make it authentic. There is no registration necessary.

Veterans Day Pins & Pies Ceremony: 11/11/25 at 2:30 pm 

This is a staff, resident, and family event. To recognize Veterans Day, we will be having our own Pinning and Certificate Award Display and distributing our organization’s, CareRite Centers, pies. We will be recognizing our residents and staff who are Veterans. We will also honor any fallen veterans and family members present. Recreation Therapy and Concierge are collaborating. We will have refreshments and special diet options as well. A flyer will be posted for families to sign up and attend. 

Thanksgiving: 11-27-25: All Day  

We will be hosting a resident-staff interactive trivia and turkey ball. Residents and staff can team up to win prizes for their respective units. The turkey ball will have different recreational games: a wheelchair toilet paper race, Turkey in One ( a play on hole in One), and our own mini pie-eating contest.
