Joselito Ferrer, LPN

Joselito has a background in electrical engineering and is a licensed Practical Nurse. H has been a nurse since 1996 and is compassionate, and professional and finds this vocation gratifying for both the caregiver and residents. His favorite thing about his job is finding out the strengths of the individual and then working with those strengths.  In his free time, he enjoys associating with others. Being part of MDS, he experiences gratitude and is a witness to the residents as they regain their strength and quality of life through care planning.
