Jennifer Sullivan
Director of Recreation
Jennifer has been in the field of Therapeutic Recreation for 20 years. She began her career in the long term care setting as a recreation leader, eventually reaching the level of director. Jennifer received her bachelor’s degree from Lehman College. Throughout her career, she has always had a mindset of helping others; realizing very early in life that little things make a big difference. Jennifer has always had a passion for helping the elderly, starting out volunteering at her neighborhood nursing home at the tender age of 11. She strongly believes that she found her passion long before she even knew what that meant. Although Jennifer has years of experience, she continues to learn & grow within the field, attending conferences, seminars, and networking with a number of recreation professionals, so she can continue to develop a variety of stimulating programs for her residents. She has a love for traveling, playing handball, hiking, bike riding and most importantly spending time with her family
