Ammir Rabadi, MD
Regional Medical Director – Westchester Region
Dr. Rabadi provides personalized, integrated care for patients at any age or stage of life. At Sans Souci Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, Dr. Rabadi treats the whole person: preventing, diagnosing, and treating a variety of acute and chronic illnesses. He offers individualized attention that patients don’t often receive when visiting multiple doctors. Dr. Rabadi received his medical degree from Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara and went on to complete his residency in family medicine at New York Medical College. He provides care and counseling for most acute and chronic conditions including hypertension, arthritis, and diabetes. Dr. Rabadi not only treats the illness but the whole person – an approach that impersonal, segmented healthcare can’t offer. When treating a patient, Dr. Rabadi considers the patient’s family history, overall health, and lifestyle needs to provide the best treatment available. In his free time, Dr. Rabadi enjoys spending time with his wife and children, as well as volunteering for local organizations. He plays a vital role in the perpetuation of education in the Yonkers community as the Trustee of the Yonkers Board of Education, devoting time to enhance the education experience for Yonkers’ youth. He is also a Westchester County Police Medical Surgeon and is the Assistant Clinical Professor for New York Medical College. He also serves as the Chairman of the Mayor’s Health Advisory Board and is a member of the Westchester County Health Transition Team.
