Cari Jamie, LPN

Carl attended Lincoln Tech for her LPN certification and is currently attending Helene Fuld School of Nursing, where she is scheduled to graduate with an Associate Degree in Nursing in December 2024. She began her career in healthcare as a CNA from 2017 to 2020. During this time, Carl’s son required a bone marrow transplant, and she had to learn how to monitor his health both in the hospital and at home. This intense personal experience, including living in the hospital for over a year, motivated Carl to become a nurse, graduating from Lincoln Tech’s LPN Program in 2020. Driven by this motivation, she discovered her passion for nursing. Carl’s favorite part of her job is making a meaningful difference in his patients’ lives. Whether providing comfort during difficult times or seeing them recover and regain this health, the ability to impact someone’s life is very rewarding. Additionally, the continuous learning and growth opportunities in nursing keep Carl passionate and engaged in her profession. In her spare time, she studies regularly to stay on top of her coursework and continue to grow in her chosen field. Spending quality time with her family, especially her children, brings her joy.
