Raquel Luna-Vaque, LPN

Raquel has been a nurse for ten years. Her brother, a Nurse Practitioner, was a big inspiration for her. She attended Monroe University and anticipates completing her BSN this year. Her experience in MedSurg, LTC/Rehab, NICU, and Mother Baby units has enhanced her nursing career. It helped her build a diverse skill set, foster adaptability, and increase her clinical competence. Being part of her patients’ rehabilitation journey and knowing she played a pivotal role in their recovery is her favorite part of the role. Raquel likes to spend her free time cooking, trying out new recipes, and spending time with her family.
