Positions Available:  

C.N.A.’s: Per diem positions available for all shifts

RN: FT, PT and Per diem positions available. Prefer LTC experience but not necessary. Must be a team player and enjoy the geriatric population. Experience is a must.

LPN: FT and PT positions available for all shifts. 

RN Nurse Manager: Day shift – Flex hours Minimum of 2-3 years of Long Term Care Experience. The ideal candidate will have MDS, MDS 3.0, PRI and  Care Plan experience. Experience is key. Previous supervisory experience a +!
