About Us

Sans Souci Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is a 120-bed, family-owned facility. We are small enough to deliver personalized care, yet large enough to provide the full range of skilled nursing and short term services. Newly remodeled, we are located in Yonkers, New York, in a tranquil, residential setting. Our close proximity to St. John’s Riverside Hospital, and St. Joseph’s Medical Center, medical institutions with solid reputations for outstanding care and advanced treatment, is an advantage for patients who need skilled nursing care following a hospital stay.  In addition, all of Yonkers’ hospitals are linked to the Westchester County Medical Center in Valhalla.

At Sans Souci each patient and their family member contributes to a customized care plan created by our multi-disciplinary care team. This includes: a Resident Care Plan Coordinator, licensed Social Workers, Rehabilitation Staff, our Dietitian, members of our nursing staff, and our Activities Coordinator from our Recreation Department. Patients and their families attend care plan meetings and have input into the decision making process.
